Unique rums in the Réunion landscape

“Des Champs d’Exploration,” a line that immediately encompasses both categories of rum: a pure cane juice agricultural rum and a traditional syrup rum, both made exclusively from raw materials sourced from the plantation.

With the ability to control the entire process from cane to bottle, these new spirits are the first in Réunion to fall into the premium “Pure Single” category.

Charentais Still & Double Distillation

Our rums are produced in a Charentais still using the traditional method of double distillation. This slow and precise process allows us to carefully separate the volatile compounds and retain and concentrate only those that define the rum’s aromatic profile.

This method brings out the full aromatic richness of the estate’s sugarcane, resulting in a pure and balanced profile that remains true to the island’s terroir.
