To mark its centennial, La Réunion des Rhums, the trade association for Réunion’s rum industry, is launching the first edition of a brand-new festival dedicated to rum culture: ALAMBIK FESTIVAL.
Come celebrate ALAMBIK FESTIVAL in Sainte-Suzanne, at the heart of Réunion’s brand-new PAYET & RIVIERE distillery! Join us on Friday, December 5, and Saturday, December 6, to showcase spirits tourism, the local terroir, and traditional Réunionese cuisine. A unique opportunity to celebrate a century-old heritage that the world envies us for: Réunion’s rums and spirits.

For this first edition, the ALAMBIK FESTIVAL is taking place at some 50 partner establishments across the island. During the four days of the ALAMBIK FESTIVAL, local chefs and mixologists will showcase Réunion rums in gourmet recipes, ranging from classics to original creations. Whether in cocktails, desserts, or main courses, Réunion rums and spirits will be featured in a variety of ways.
